Face-to-face: Jonathan Yeo with Matthew Parris at Chatsworth Festival - Art Out Loud

Inspired by the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire’s passion for art, The Chatsworth Festival – Art Out Loud is a literary festival dedicated exclusively to talks by those with a connection to the art world – as artists, collectors or writers.

Jonathan Yeo will be in conversation with former MP and journalist, Matthew Parris, on Saturday 19th September at 14:30. They will be discussing the current trajectory of portraiture and reflect on Jonathan’s career thus far, looking in particular at his portraits of politicians to discuss representations of power and Jonathan’s own links to the world of politics.

Other speakers include Grayson Perry, Will Gompertz and Tim Marlow.
