A major new exhibition entitled FLESH, featuring works by Lucian Freud, Auguste Rodin, Helen Chadwick, Jenny Saville, Leon Kossoff, Francis Bacon and Sarah Lucas, will open at York Art Gallery this September. The exhibition, which explores how flesh has been portrayed by artists over the last 600 years, includes two works from Jonathan Yeo’s Surgery Series; Secondary Augmentation-Mastopexy, 2011, and Extended SMAS (Superficial Musculo-Aponeurotic System) Facelift, 2011.
In December 2015, Studio Eiffel started following Jonathan Yeo as he prepared for his largest exhibition to date at The Museum of National History at Frederiksborg Castle, Denmark, which opened in March 2016.

We are pleased to announce that the exhibition ‘Jonathan Yeo Portraits’ has now opened at The Museum of National History at Frederiksborg Castle in Denmark. The show is the largest ever exhibition of Jonathan Yeo’s work to date.
Last month a new portrait of Kevin Spacey was unveiled at the Smithsonian in Washington DC, one of the world's most prestigious institutions. The work continues a collaboration between Spacey and Yeo which began with the depiction of him playing Richard III at the Old Vic.
Art imitates life - Portrait President Underwood unveiled Smithsonian:
A major new portrait of Kevin Spacey, in his role as House of Card’s President Francis Underwood, was unveiled at the Smithsonian's National Portrait Gallery in Washington DC. The portrait is a joint project between Jonathan Yeo and the museum, which houses the only complete collection of Presidential portraits outside of the White House. It has recieved wide public and critcial acclaim for its blurring of reality and fiction.
Inspired by the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire’s passion for art, The Chatsworth Festival – Art Out Loud is a literary festival dedicated exclusively to talks by those with a connection to the art world – as artists, collectors or writers.
XPOSURE was Yeo’s second solo exhibition with Circle Culture Gallery and the first time he has presented works in Hamburg. The exhibition was the latest and final installment of the Leaf Works series, all created using his unique and celebrated form of pornography collage.
Jonathan Yeo’s portrait of D-Day veteran Geoffrey Pattinson is one of twelve portraits commissioned by HRH The Prince of Wales to pay tribute to some of the extraordinary men that played a role in the Allied invasion of Normandy on 6 June 1944. All twelve of the veterans chosen for the commissions served in regiments with which The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall have a formal affiliation.

Over the last eighteen months ‘Jonathan Yeo Portraits’ has travelled the lengths of the country, from its opening at the National Portrait Gallery in London, to The Lowry in Salford, Greater Manchester, and finally to its close at Newcastle’s Laing Art Gallery.

HRH Duchess of Cornwall visited the Jonathan Yeo Portraits exhibition at the Laing Art Gallery in Newcastle and saw her portrait for the first time. Jonathan was there to show Her Royal Highness her portrait and give her a personal tour of the show. The portrait was painted by Jonathan in 2014 from a series of sittings at Clarence House.
A previously unseen portrait of the actor and social entrepreneur Lily Cole will go on show in a new display of work by Jonathan Yeo opening at the Laing Art Gallery, Newcastle, on Saturday, 8 November 2014, running until 1st February 2015. This is one of several major new portraits that will be on display for the first time in the exhibition.
